STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Venue Details: Bookings can be made for Celebrations, Corporate Trainings, Family Gatherings & Band Practices
   • If the booking is recurring, provide subsequent dates or submit a new form.
2. Confidentiality: All provided information is mandatory and will remain private and confidential unless required by law.
3. Payments: Full payment must be made at least 7 days before the booking date; otherwise, the booking will be invalid.
4. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations are allowed up to 5 days before the payment date. Refunds are subject to management’s discretion.
5. Food and Beverages: Food and beverage consumption (except water) is prohibited. For exceptions, contact management; additional fees may apply.
6. Cleanliness: The venue must be returned in the same clean condition as provided. A cleaning fee will be charged if this is not adhered to.
7. Property Damage: Any loss or damage to the property will be the responsibility of the person who booked the venue.
8. Event Responsibility: The person booking the venue is fully responsible for all activities during the event. Management assumes no liability.
9. Concerns or Issues: For any concerns or issues, email us at admin@thereserveme.com.
10. Force Majeure: The management will not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.
11. Service Commitment: The Reserve Events Managing undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. The Reserve Events Managing cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
    • In order for it to be admissible, The Reserve Events Managing must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
12. Legal Jurisdiction: All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United Arab Emirates law.
13. Debt Recovery: If a payment is still outstanding more than Thirty (30) days after the due payment date, The Reserve Events Managing reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
